From the Friulian tradition, grappa is obtained from the pomace of our wines. It is a white, fragrant, dry and decisive grappa. Perfect as a digestive after a meal, it pairs magnificently with Gubana, and it can even be enjoyed as a “resentin” after a good coffee.
